These terms of service apply to the entire zimsgizmos.biz website be it the blog, forums, chat room, or any other service that may be added in the future. Failure to comply will result in a warning as well as appropriate action up to and including report of violation to Internet Service Provider, permanent deletion and ban from the site, legal action filed with local authorities, or any other action deemed appropriate by the Zim’s Gizmos staff.
